Return to Sport Testing

Functional testing involves the use of a battery of tests designed to determine an athlete's readiness to safely return to higher level athletic activity following injury. These tests objectively measure power, agility, joint stability, strength, and functional range of motion. Tests are chosen based on the sport specific movements and requirements for athletic readiness. Testing may include:

Single leg hop tests

Vertical leap tests
